Super Champagne. Celebrating the election. Deep into some aging. Nose was bready, caramel, baked apple, Taste had great acidity, dry with a subtle touch of sweet fruit like white raisins, fig, yeasty bread, some light baked apple. Great laser-like acidity on the finish. This gets better as its opens up, so enjoy this over a while.

Delicious. I love Champagne but don't drink enough vintage to judge seriously. Bright croissant in color, slightly viscous and unbubbly on pouring, still plenty fizzy and almost completely dry, winey yeast with a long satisfying finish. Great with lobster risotto.

Light, fresh, balanced fizz, ideal for an aperitif
