  Just beautiful. When I pulled the cork, the room filled with the smell of cherries and rose petal. Amazingly fresh and delicate, this carried serious intensity at the same time. I would not normally think of mushroom broth as a positive term in a note, but this had it, and it worked as the background to layers up upon layers. Wish I had jumped while there were more left.
