PnPd a 500ml bottle; recent purchase from Grand Vin. Excellent condition. Bright but also savoury. Great depth of fruit but not heavy or cloying. Right in its drinking window. Paired with roast racks of lamb and peas with pancetta & sage. Great combo.

wow lots to love about this; had this vs a weathereye Estate Red Mountain Grenache 2020. this was better - more complex yet staying lighter and more medium bodied versus the grenache which was a tad blockier. pretty minerality lacing through this. wish i had more in my cellar

Pronounced nose of fleshy berries, sage, pepper, leather, dried berries, warm dusty earth. The palate is bold with a symphonic version of the same notes from the nose. There’s a savory, maybe tertiaty-driven, roasted tomatoes and jerky-ish qualities in the mid-palate. Tannins are present and fleshy, lots of structure here. Excellent CdP.
