Deep gold, nose is almost semillon like with wax and orange zest. The palate is loose, it glides across the palate, with wet hay and wet rocks, a light honeycomb note. It lacks a certain degree of persistence or concentration nevertheless it represents mature yet fresh Chablis that I would gladly drink any time.

YIKES! And I just re-upped my Burghound subscription. This is pretty awful. INSANE ACIDITY, and lemon curd. Not very nice-will it come around, is there extreme bottle variation? Selling my other bottles.

Lemon yellow with citrus and pear. Very traditional Chablis that will benefit from 3-4 years of cool cellar temps (decanted for 2 hours with notible improvement). Drank with a meal starting with raw oysters, Arugula and Pear Salad with a lemon-dijon dressing, and grilled halibut. No regrets here.
