My last bottle of four and it was another exceptional bottle. I really enjoyed this one. It gained in complexity as the night wore on and competed with some heavy hitters for wine of the night. I would drink them soon if I had any more. A wonderful wine 🍷 and hope my next Paul Hobbs are just as good.

See previous notes. Great nose of forest and pine. Cola, spice, and smoke on the backend. CT says I have one more bottle. I need to find it. This was top notch.

This wine had plenty left in it! I was a little unnerved by the listed 2015 end window, but thankfully not the case. Great acidity, tart cherries, and a medium length, soft finish. Wish I had a few more of these.
