Really shining green gold; soaring bouquet, very complex and beautifully evolved, fresh acidity and depth, minerals, flowers, herbs, wax and honey; tight and dry but juicy with marked bitters, a bit hard but at the same time very stylish, good length. Will improve until 2012 at least.

Very nice. Full of fruit. Drank with Mary Ellen & Ric at Cafe Matisse with shellfish. Reasonable pairing - maybe cheeses would be better or grilled fish?
