Tasted blind. Medium straw in color. Tart lemon, white peach, wet stone. No oak. Youthful. Dry, med (+) acidity, med (+) alcohol (13.5%). Med body, med to med (+) flavor intensity with a slightly salty, savory med to med (+) long finish. No phenolic bitterness. Old World. Cool to moderate climate. Drink now. It should last several more years but is not likely to improve with further aging. Classic testable Albarino.

Minerals. Full and rich-bodied. A slight alcohol tinge in the finish. Great shrimp companion
