I didn’t catch the disgorgement date, but it certainly had some age on cork and showed brilliantly. Rich and nutty and crammed with orchard fruits. A touch of vanilla spice too. So complex, layered and long. Each sip engages and invites another.

disg 19 Jan 2021 nose - burnt sugar, liqueresque mouth - rich and aged, hints of whisky but nevermind that as the riproaring acidity is here to smash your face. unique in its ability to simultaneously be advanced and fresh. How does he do that??

Feb 2016 disgorgement. Stellar. Excellent depth. Lovey seam of acidity to balance the weight. Grows more complex in the glass over 30/40 minutes. To my taste these are at peak balance between fruit, age, and acidity.

Beau cadeau reçu d'un bon fournisseur, merci Didier! Super vineux et bien vif. Des notes de brioches, de salin, de citrons et de coing. Long et bien vivifiant, j'ai adoré!
