  The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. It smells like cool/menthol and petrol. It tastes like lead pencil and lead pencil. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

Following vinification comes a controlled fermentation, and then refermentation on fresh marc of partially dried whole grapes to enrich aromas and to extract softer tannins. (Marc is the residue of skins and pips (seeds) of grapes after the juice is expressed.) Aged in wood for about 15 months. Suitable for long ageing.
