Popped and poured through Winefiner. Cherries, vanilla and subtle oak. Full bodied, elegant, balanced, round, silky tannins. Not overly complex but delicious. Really good! 90+

Gambero Rosso (Metropolitan Pavilion): The nose showed ripe dark fruits with woodland notes and a hint of brown sugar. On the palate, this wine was fresh with dark fruits and spice. The finish was long and the perfect ending to this unassuming, unmistakably Italian beauty.

Deep purple with blue hues. Brawny, integrated, and mineral driven. It improves with air. At or near peak.

Sweet spices, dark fruit, wood notes. Very nice and dense, long finish.
