- colour: cherry red, coloured tears in the glass - nose: full bodied, lactic nose. Fruity after whirling - palate: sour start, medium malolactic acidity. Red fruit in the mouth, juicy. Caramel and spicy in the retro. A long vanilla flavored finish. Still a little bit too young though

At Antinori Restaurant in Zurich, first experience with this varietal. Paired with pasta with spicy tomato sauce.
Dark purple color. Nose of black fruits, candy and "shoe polish", might have mistaken for a Spanish Priorat. Ripe and fruit forward, black fruit core, sour blackberry, oak and cedar. Medium/long finish
Full and rustic wine, well made, goes well with spiced foods.
