Best bottle I've had of this. Pale gold, creamy, massive chalk an limestone body. Very giving aromatics, and lovely shape to the texture. A wonderful showcase.

Notes from last night don't match many of these descriptions. Had plenty of bubbles but as another member commented, "light on energy", fell somewhat flat. Had some intriguing aromas upon opening but these gave way to a fairly generic champagne. Next to a Fallon and 2012 De Sousa Caudalies this paled in comparison and not nearly worth the current retail IMO.

Honey and nugget flavors compliment grilled lemon and slight burnt sugar (not sweet) notes, this is a Bechalin that is a bit oxidized, but luckily not too brassy, with medium to light perlage and a long smooth finish.
A completely different animal from the 2013 Bechalin, which is so much more electric. Vintage variation between 13 and 14 seems to play a factor here. I’d hold the 13 for a while, but this 14 seems like it wants to be consumed earlier than later.
Disgorged 2021 (I didn’t catch the month).

Ganske kompleks, moden, dør ut ganske fort i smakskurven og mangler spenst
