Very nicely balanced bottle, middle-weight, green without being explicitly sharp, waxed edges for a smooth glide. Still young and has a long life ahead.

Pure pale straw, lustrous. Ripe tropical nose, hint of crushed herbs, citrus zest. Sweet ripe tropical fruit, passion fruit, lemon curd, crushed herbs, bright and intense. Delicious young white Bordeaux.

An excellent example of its type, although I feel in a slightly awkward phase at the moment, with the Semillon needing more time to assert itself against the currently dominant Sauvignon. Classic notes of grass, gooseberry and (unfortunately) cat's piss, then a kiss of vanilla on the finish. More enjoyable with air and accompanied by some sashimi. No rush.

Pale yellow gold.
Ripe flavors, great acidity.
Very nice at cellar, not fridge temp.
Ripe pear, lovely balance
