  This was a difficult bottle. Upon opening around 14.00, it felt young, tight and slightly bitter, but I had hope. At dinner around 19.00, it had gotten more bitter. The nose however, was quite classic Chablis, flowers, lemon, quite elegant. It did open up on the palate, but required a lot of time.

  Young still, all rounded chardonnay. Nice on the nose, palate with a lot of different fruits . Refreshing.
