Veldig ung, slank, grønn og frisk chablis med veldig tiltalende, elegant preg av sjømineraler. Veldig flott syrestruktur og bra konsentrasjon. Den er fortsatt noe uforløst og «kjølig» men med lagring kan dette blir virkelig stort. Veldig tradisjonell old school stil

전형적인 샤블리.
샤블리의 대가답게 레몬, 청사과 계열의 산뜻한 산미가 치고 올라오고 끝으로 미네랄리티와 약간의 유질감이 느껴짐.
어패류 페어링에 최적화.

France Trip: Paris, Champagne, Burgundy; 9/3/2023-9/17/2023 (Paris, Champagne, Burgundy): Pale gold color. Drank a small glass at Domaine William Fevre. Tighter on the nose with sea spray and lime. Citrus, quite tart with brisk acidity on the palate. A little more fleshy and youthful. Should be a bit better in a couple years. 90(+)pts.
