The color doesn´t indicate a warm year like 2003. Lovely chalk, oysters and ripe lemon on the nose. The palate is a little broader than usual. There is a Central Burgundy feel in mouth. Long and mineral finish. Good stuff! If all bottles are as pristine as this one, you could hold on to the bottles for a year or two, but I would start drinking this now.

Notes of yellow apples, lots of minerals and sea bed. Oaky. A little mix of citrus and tropical fruit. Intriguing nose. Refreshing mouth feel, salty, oaky Concentrated and a long finish

Cosistent with my note in 2014. Another pristine bottle, and no sign of a warm year or old age. This is classic Chablis.
