Delightfully rich, with a beautiful core of fruit. Showing the vintage well. Loved it, and would love to try a well stored bottle again. Ex chateau bottle.

HDH Celebration of Burgundy Dinner (Everest): A fine bottle that is perfectly maturing with no signs of oxidation. Terrific texture and layering. Mature white fruit with vanilla and spice accents. Rich, bright finish. Awesome.

As with bottle two summers ago this remains very youthful in appearance, nose and palate. It also retains a very crisp, fresh, vigorous, high acid profile even after an hour or so in the glass. Although not a common Lafon or Meursault profile, it is nonetheless a delicious, focused white burgundy

Oxidized. I expected it to be mature, but not Madeira w/o the flavor.
