Jacques Prieur Tasting and Cellar Visit (Meursault): Tasting at Domaine. Interestingly, this was one of the first wines to complete malolactic fermentation, in early spring. really great primary fruit, surprisingly red for a Chambertin. Nose and palate show raspberry and red cherry, which starts rather moderately but picks up great intensity towards the end. Very long, powerful finish with lots of spice. Impressive.

Beautiful floral nose from opening with dense juice but still quite shut and could do with more cellar time. 92-94 potential
