Milky, slightly nutty nose with hints of seashore, minerals and lifted white floral notes
Full-bodied and mouth coating, sweet apple dominates with honeyed tones. Weighty midpalate and edges show some acidity but indicate that this may be at peak...drink 'em if ya got 'em

on the (rapid) down slope, this was tired and much too developed to really enjoy. Village level 2010's have developed surprisingly over the past 24 months, and the vast majority need to be consumed in the very near future.

Some 2010 white Burgundy are high in alcohol due to the high natural sugar level. This 2010 Jean-Philippe Fichet Meursault Le Tesson showed plenty of ripeness and alcohol. Good amount of clean orchard fruits and gentle creamy notes. (80/100)

Case of 12 consumed over 24 months. Now fully mature.
Nose of bruised apple, citrus fruits and a hint of hazelnut. Apples with a creamy, buttery edge on the palate. Quite weighty for a villages with an attractive phenolic edge (probably quite thick skins in this vintage). Good length with a cleansing acidic cut. Very good villages. Would now drink up reasonably soon.

From the domain. Superb bottle of Tessons--mineral, bright, quite complete. In a perfect spot now, should hold at peak for years.
