Great butterscotch scent on opening, then flowers and wood, no real fruit. I gave it overnight in the fridge and it actually developed some golden apple. Drink up.

Ok so it's passed it's best and displays deep yellow in the glass suggesting a little too much age on there but to drink it's actually rather pleasant - still dry enough and maintains some good Chardonnay fruit. Turned out to be quite enjoyable against all expectation but I won't be hanging onto the last bottle for long..

Came out a bit dark, tasting a bit dodgy, oxidised. Kept in the air for about 20 minutes and the colour lightened and the taste much fresher. Then it showed citrus, green vegetable and some honey. Probably just age but the blue/grey cork tip might raise other possibilities. Sort of good!

med straw in color, med viscosity. Aromas of ripe yellow pear and pink lady apple, lemon, lettuce, and hay. On the palate the condition is tart lemon and pith, cheesy leesy and some mushroom. also a back end note of fennel and some bitter phenolics. little or no oak indication except for phenolics. Dry finish mod plus acid(kind of surprising) and mod plus alcohol. Very fresh and yummy.
