Initially, tight, austere, and tart. But, after about 3 hours in the decanter, it really mellowed and softened, with delicious black cherry, cranberry, dirt, mushrooms, and fine acidity. This is holding up nicely and will keep for another 10 years at least.

Hasn't changed much from my last note in 6/2014 "Dirt / cherry / smoke / dried cherry " plus cranberry / sappy on nose. High acidity & bright fruit profile on palate - very enjoyable. 91-92 range.
