Slow ox for 1 hour. Drank over 2 days. First day the best. Medium brick red color. Brown edge. This had more age than the bottle consumed 4 month ago. Nose was strange, unpleasent, but after a few minutes in the glass it was leather, tobacco, earth. Day one the palate was nice, second day it was flat. Stored in fridge with vacuum. Like it. Will not wait too long with my last bottle.

Good nose of red cherries, spice, violets and yes a bit of tar. The tannins are fine and integrated on the tongue with a medium finish. Good for what it is.

Age was clearly showing in this bottle. Light brown rim/edge and brick red core. Mature notes, not much fruit left.
