Light to medium body. Fully mature. Initially a little tight, benefited from a decant during the course of dinner. Strawberry fruits and spice. Not a ton of depth, but nice balance and finish.

Drank off a magnum bottle and on day 3, sparks flew. Nice cherry intertwine with some fig finish. Round on the palate with some sort of invigorating oomph which just tells you are into a well made wine. Love this and wish I have more

Dark garnet with slightest clear rim; a "scattered", diffuse rich burg nose with hints of shoe polish. Excellent and developing nicely (though at a glacial pace).

Meet the man - Nicolas Potel (Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck @ Paragon): Alcohol :: 13.5% This is good, though not as refine as the younger brother. The nose has entered into secondary stage with complex, deep, expressive bouquet of umami, sea breeze, saline mineral, sandalwood, dark floral, smoke meat, licorice as well as sweet herbs. Savory entry, follow by preserved plum, blackberry and black cherry. Lots of umami and savory complexity. Tannin is firm but is so well integrated, polished and refine but somehow, lacks a bit of length and the scale of a very good Beze.
