  Color: Golden Yellow
  
  Smell: Flint, granite, and a range of citrus with hints of peach and nectarine
  
  Taste: Citrus, mineral notes and green apple
  
  Overall: A complex and highly enjoyable dry Riesling. The acidity was the perfect match for the Sushi at Miyake. Drink or continue to hold for 5-7 years.
