  This needed some air to get going after pouring off a glass. As it opened up, it revealed excellent depth with crushed rocks, stone fruits, white flowers, apples, saline, oils, quince, pears, and mineral tones. There is a brawny and wide bodied style to the tones with with citrus notes showing excellent balance. The Full bodied feel shows off good depth with racy, high acidity. The acidity has some cut and sting to it right now. This feels like it could still use another 3+ years before it hits its stride.

  Petrol, lemon lime, green apple, melon, and a hint of spice.
