Crisp and refreshing. Pear and bit of citrus on the tongue. I don't usually drink white. Used in a white fish recipe and drank the rest. Quite pleased.

Good. Surprisingly good, actually. I picked this up because the local grocery marked it down to half price to move it. I got a lot more than I expected .. lemon zest, crisp acidity and was a perfect complement for summer soup and salad dinner. <Wow/Very Good/Good/Fair/Plonk>

Bought this expecting an easy drinking, fruity, drink alone wine. I was not disappointed. Plenty of golden color. I really love the big hit of shale on the nose, which gives a nice earthy lift to the very nice floral aromas combined with plenty of peach, melon and citrus. Upon entry, this wine has solid medium plus bodied viscosity. The fruit is a super fresh, vibrant, honeyed pineapple with baked pear. There is just the right amount of Granny Smith apple acid, combined with the salt water mouth feel from the earthy shale, to offset all that fresh fruit. The finish is slightly bitter, featuring a honeyed nectarine with light spices, maybe even cinnamon. Not bad for the price.

Light nose. Citrus (Orange?) but not too much in the lemon or lime of a SB. SOme peach and other stone fruit. Nice complexity. Very nice wine for a white fish dinner!

12% d'alcool, 100% Orvieto
Conclusion : bon, rafraîchissant, sans plus
