[Blind] Light / pale gold in colour. Nose is incredibly fresh and super clean. Subtle smoke and very faint reduction in a positive way. Bouquet of white flowers. Absolutely gorgeous nose, everything you hope for in White Burgundy. Palate is tight up front but with insane focus and amazing length. Youthful but with good weight and power. Gun powder / flint. Just awesome, I am loving this wine. 94 - 95.

PYCM's 2010 BBM is superlative, packed with a dense minerality from the nose to the palate through to the long finish. Rich orchard fruit is kept vibrant by soaring, bright acidity — this is one of those wines you want to contemplate but can't, as it is just so effortlessly drinkable. A knockout wine now in its peak drinking window.

Similar to the first bottle of this I had in June, there was an odd note to this that I didn't find attractive. I'm still unsure on this wine, but it may be my parcel.
