  Birthday Gathering (@Private location, Sersheim): Glass: Zalto Universal
  Popped and poured. Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium+ intense and youthful nose, dense, compact, complex and multi layered. Lots of canned pineapple and candied fruit on the one hand side but on the hand side never broad or fat, always elegant and lean with nice mineral notes and some garden herbs.
  Dry but with noticeable residual sugar with the vintage typical high acidity, that is perfectly integrated and makes this wine racy . On the palate the same density and compactness, some extract, . Salty minerality, citrus zests, some white fruit, herbs. Medium+ - long, electrifying finish. Full peak. 92-93

  Nesten helt stum på duft rett fra flaska. Men ikke i munnen! Deilig honningmelonfrukt før det blir mer og mer sitrondrops. Minner nesten litt om Cristal uten boblene. Hele veien en deilig frisk syre som nå er fin og avslepen, samtidig som frukten er så dyp at det nesten gir en sødmefølelse. Merket overhodet ikke at denne er fra et syrerikt år så smooth som den er i munnen må. Ikke grapefrukten vi ofte finner i rheinhessen. Helt super! Satser på at duften åpner seg med litt luft.

  The 2010 Kirchspiel GG is showing well today. Spicy and open, with the usual exotic fruit exuberance from the vintage and the vineyard. Peaches and pineapple, both canned and fresh with mint, curry spices, light petroleum, lemon, honey and Mandarine. Ripe, concentrated, nicely acidic but very balanced and precise. Very good! Drinks well today
