Yellow golden color. Initially showing some age in the nose with dry walnut, almonds, woody and butter notes. Later (after an hour) more lively and fresh with lemon zest, chalk and fruit notes. Medium bodied, Smooth and powerful on the attractive and well balanced (good acidity) palate. Yellow tropical fruits, apricot and some nuts. Held up pretty well over the years.

Second bottle of M3 from a bin end purchase. A grassy yellow colour, crystal clear colour. Vanilla and butter nose which follow through on palate but they're cut by a lemon crispness and a good balance of acididty. Good finish which carries the lemon acidity.

Sorry to say...this wine is past it. Amber in colour, oxidised beyond palatable. Would be unfair to offer score.

Blanched almond, clarified butter and roasted lemons on the nose. Palate is sweet lemon - almost lemonade with a good acidity and lengthy finish.
