Dujac City - Burgundy Fest (Waterford Wine Co. Tasting Room): Deep golden in the glass. Smell caramel apples and butterscotch. Oxidative sherry notes. Bright acidity yet and caramel apple flavors. Big oak spiciness. Much discussion and argument about whether this was oxidized or just a phase of development. Personally, I feel it is a bit oxidized. I still enjoyed it.

Butterscotch and nutty. Not my favorite in smells. I think its in dumb phase. Some say oak and spice oxydative. I dissagree. Here, good wine, pleasureable on the palate. Viscious. Much discussion on this point.
