  From Jade Palace - quite a find, with some age to boot. Opulent in style - rich, unctuous without being over the top. Pairs well with conserved Portuguese or Iberian fish filets. Drink up or wait a few more years if you want to see how it evolves further.

  Lemon in glass, lifted nose, beeswax, white pith, fresh cracked white pepper. Oily, developed, savoury, secondary notes of straw and hay, lovely concentration, juicy balance. Bone dry, yet buttery with elegant lemon concentration, pithy bitters, and preserved salted lemons. Long mineral finish, silky almost, wet limestone. Excellent drinking now, pairing easily with ayam gulai, ngorhiong, salted egg yolk prawns, etc. Pity my final bottle!

  Still fresh with 10 years of age, very mineral and exotic aroma profile. All working well together

  Dinner at Imperial Treasure GWC. Golden yellow. Rich aromatics. Soft and round. Buttery, rich ripe fruit on the palate, with good weight. Big presence. Burgundian character. A lovely wine and has aged very well.
