Pnp, color grew deeper ruby over time, toast oak was the major flavor, followed by faint fruit aroma. Sweet on palate, lack of acidity, dense and grippy tannin masked the underlying fruit. Wood spice dominated.

Deep garnet with strawberry rrd fruit nose. Good balance of sweetness and acidity but rather new world in style with almost overwhelming ambience of oak. Some spice at the end of a medium finish, tannin is subdued. Best go with food.

Good balance of fruit. No acidity. Soon fainted away and it's more glorious time was a couple of years ago. Still a nice wine but a bit over the edge.

Last bottle over a very long evening of drinking other wines. Very good Burg......but that is all I remember of this particular bottle.
