  Berries, something a little bit like sea water early on in the nose but a definite spiciness started to dominate pretty quickly. Had a certain acidity around the edges but this was just smooth all the way through. Delicate finish that was long.
  
  Strong, slightly heady at times early on. Pop and pour. Drank three glasses over two hours and then two glasses on the second day. Slightly more herbaceous/vegetal on day two- even tomato-like which probably sounds much worse than it actually was. Stronger spice on the nose as well.
  
  Kind of odd mix of big and deep and yet still austere and lean. Definitely liked it though.

  Surprisingly open for business, this is bright but with great fruit, candied red cherries and notes of white chocolate. No doubt is will develop secondary aromas and flavors over time, but I think it will not shut down at any period.
