  Fantastic bottle. James Laube gave this 84 points in 2004 -- he was wrong. This wine has aged wonderfully. Penetrating nose of cassis, earth, berries, and a little brown sugar. Opened up gorgeously over the two hours we enjoyed the wine, revealing ever more depth and length, balanced in perfect harmony with acidity--great aged cab with several years ahead of it, as there are still tannins present. This is one of the great underrated wineries of Napa, as their cabs are built for the long haul and never disappoint.
