  • Opened and left standing and chilling to American cellar temperature for an hour. Tasted from a Silver Oak tasting glass. Initial burst of brighter red berries, especially mulberry, tempered with black plum. These flavors yield to a dense core of cassis, white oak, and light cedar notes. Fine tannins and medium acidity. A well-balanced wine: quite smooth, extremely enjoyable. After some air time, fresh blueberries and blackberry tart aromas emerge, which is delightful.
