  Best after two hours of air. Deep, savory nose with a meaty element. Rich in the mouth, with sweet blackberry, Sumatran coffee, and a twinge of tangy, brambly herb on the finish. Warm and inviting, without the suggestion of alcohol. This is similar in style to Karl Lawrence but with a bit more fruit. Yum!
