Deep red, slight orange edge, slow drops. Cassis, undergrowth, eucalyptus, black cherry, vanilla and raspberry nose. Cassis, vanilla, graphite, red apple, oak and herb nose. Young tannins with quite some grip! Needed time to open and allow the fruit to come through. Decanted for an hour or so.

Ruby red, clear tending to tan edge, slow drops. Undergrowth , black cherry, forest fruit, wood, mushroom and herbs (rosemary) nose. Lack cherry, red fruit, wood and vanilla taste. Grippy tannins, fruit and aged aromas, young still. A bit underwhelming.
Decanted for an hour, a bit clumsily, so ended up with a bit of sediment in the glass which wasn’t necessarily the best for allowing this wine to shine.

Deep plum purple, nose fairly closed. Tannins, fruit and acid balance harmoniously. A bit jammy and does not show the "unctuous" quality I often associate with Pomerols. As other have noted, the finish is a bit bitter and iodine-y though this recedes after about an hour of air.

Brought this to a Festive Season gathering at my sister-in-law's place.
Decanted for 2 hours before consumption. Dark purple with fresh berries and plums. Good intensity and finesse.
Blend of 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Can probably age for another 5 years in the cellar before reaching its peak.

Too bitter, unbalanced, puckering. Hints of soy sauce, sterilizer, cedar. Only 13.5% but tastes like 14% or higher.
