Lots of potential here, nose of red and black cherries, balsamic, fig, cigarbox, cranberries, tobacco. Palate has plenty of acidity and red fruit with a long peppery finish. It’s already approachable but needs 10-15 years to go to the next level, potential for a 96+ in time

More on the red-fruited spectrum with bright acidity, this Pomerol was elegant and light on its feet; restrained oak and restrained extraction made this decidedly classic in feel. We finished the whole bottle easily, and I was left wanting just one more glass. In a lovely place to drink now, but surely more complexity awaits.

Beautiful earthy and rustic bouquet. On the palate a slightly sweet start with ripe dark berries. Beautiful acidity and tannin. A luxurious and juicy beauty in its infant stage.
