  First impressions were of fruit somewhat dried out by time but, after a mouthful of bouillabaise, my palate adjusted to an unusually mature profile in a pink. This showed a residue of darkened strawberry tinged fruit, complex rose petal aromas, some depth, unobtrusive but sufficient acidity and backbone with a sprinkling of Madeira towards the finish. I think that remaining bottles should be drunk up soon but I may chance another purchase if I see it. Very good still.

  Drinking well. Crisp, fresh, fruity, fairly lighters a rose should be.

  Salmon pink in the glass; pronounced citrus note on the nose, with a mineral background.
  
  Very complex on the palate for a rose' - really a lot going on here, with edginess/energy, and nice persistence on the finish, which closes with a slight bitter note. This may be one of the best rose's I've had this summer.
