Drinking really well. The palate has fleshed out and shows delightful fruit character along with its grippy freshness. A fullbodied rose with mouthfilling texture that works great with food.

This might be my last bottle from this vintage - for me, Pibarnon is always a rose’ where I hang on to a bottle or three to see how they age. And I guess it’s an individual decision as to whether or not it makes sense to do so, because the wine does lose it’s just released vibrancy, so if that is what you treasure in a rose’, drink them on release.
This is full-bodied for a rose’, dry and structured. A serious rose’, if you will. I’m grilling up a tuna steak tonight and this should work fine with that.

Firecracker strawberry with a slippery slide: quiet to bold.
Humming strawberries, white pepper, and thyme, then something spicier, deeper, candied, rich & savory.
