Big and very forward wine! Was expecting it to be over the hill but it held up very well over two days. At the end of its optimum drinking window. Nose of ripe fruits, sweet and complex with a medium length finish.

Transparent; looks like an old rose' or tawny; madeira nose and palate. First inclination was draino and pop another one open for homemade pizza night ( which I did but a martinelli jackass from same year which hit on all marks i might add ); anyway pulled this recorked odd ball from fridge and looked at it as a Sercial dry side madera and its now singing reincarnatedly. I've drank through multiple old Turley and Martinelli zins but none have turned this trick.

DOA, passed recently. Still some fruit and over ripe notes, still sweet but not worth drinking

Musty, tangy and juicy (more like sour), with elevated acid. More V.A. o this. Others showing much better. Brian's Turley tasting at Monopole
