The fruit notes have faded. This wine should have been drank earlier to retain the freshness. Their are tertiary notes of earth. The acid is still present.

See what "KDSIPE" said...echo the same. This is exactly what i would expect from the BJ - decent price point in my region, 18$ -light/med - great fruit of the light cherry/berry quality. Simple, tasty with light acid and lighter tannin to give it some structure. Great house vino for the masses and or a every day wine....

- Ruby color with medium forming legs. It's somewhat balanced with a light/medium body. Narrow texture with a short finish - This is a typical light Beaujolais. Red fruits with hint of banana on the nose. Easy drinking. Good with pizzas, stews, maybe even pork but not one for roasts.

Rich cherry fruit and a mineral freshness. Light to medium bodied with medium acid and low tannin. Reasonably full through the middle with a nice finish. More body and richness than expected. Paired nicely with pan roasted pork ribs with sage and garlic. The wine could have used a bit more acid but I had fun.

Vaguely reminiscent of Beaujolais. Insipid, flabby. Underwhelming.
