Not so many notes, because I was enjoying this too much. There is a lot of everything in this wine. Bacon. Toasted oak, good balance between acidity and sweet impressions. Harmonious. Never tasted this before and it was a great experience!

Les Blancs de Pessac-Léognan @ my place (Netherlands): Marvelous. Succulent, sweet and sexy. Full throttle ripeness and concentration. Mighty, powerfull and racy. Just like the red Mouton. Others liked it even better and called this WOTN. 18/20

Winemakers Dinner Chateau Mouton-Rothschild (NOMA): 51pct Sauvignon and 47pct Semillon and 2pct Muscadelle. Fairly light gold color but what a nose, so fresh and full of almost sping like kind of flowery notes. Palate a little to tight and needs a couple of years to become a bit more smoother. At the moment I found it difficult to taste beyond some apricot and nutty flavors. I have had little experience with white Bordeaux except for a few Graves, but what a wonderful way to add to that experience. I really liked this and one of the wines that moved me this evening.
