CdB MN Spring Event (Minneapolis Club, Mpls, MN): Light golden color. Drank a glass over an hour. This was very nice, with a waxy character, slate minerality, stone fruits, and saline, there is a round, plushness to the medium full bodied frame, and this has some hints of dried pineapple and tropical fruit overtones.

Very tasty, more full and round and more intensity than the ‘17 (although I would rate them the same, both excellent). This more tropical and passion fruited. Paired well with lobster pasta
Chateau Mouton Rothschild’s Aile d’Argent 2018 OMG….OMG, this bottle deserves 5 stars. On the nose, it presented pomelo, and bee’s wax. The highlight was the taste of it. Amzing amzing wine! There were honey, cream, apple, mild lemon, butter peach. Balance acidity and so so smooth. I love every moment drinking this! This is my mom’s new favourite, too.

[Blind tasting] Difficult for me to pinpoint blind. Nose a bit muted (even after double decanting a day before drinking apparently). Elderflower, lemon, apple, nutty. Interesting, but not one of my favorites of the night

Notes of oranges and grapefruit with a touch of sweetness. Very crisp and distinct with a hint of honey, which might account for the sweetness. After several hours I started to pick up some notes of floral, which moved the wine up a point or two. A very pleasant wine.
