Amazing, this far through its life. Like a well structured Sonoma Pinot Noir. The blend certainly gave it length. Still round and fruit forward with depth of soft leather and silky mouthfeel.
I really thought this was going to be past it’s prime; it was not!

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Subdued nose of white pepper, red berries and dust. Tangy flavors of raspberries, strawberries and boysenberries. Medium to tart acidity, medium tannin, medium to full bodied. Drink now.

Odd, yet interesting blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Red fruits, light bodied, tart, dry, tannic. Better with food. This 2010 is declining, but still drinkable.

Ruby in the glass, nose has notes of currant, berry, and earth, palate is balanced with medium tannin and acidity, leads with tart fruits, cranberry, that mellow quickly into riper noted of cherry, red raspberry and spice. Nice.
