Leroy #5 lighter nose, a little closed and rough around the edges compared to 07 and 09. Tough wine, needs a lot more time to flourish. Still enjoyable now, great potential when unlocked.

Serious reduction on the nose. Took about an hour to clear up slightly. Sweet chocolate covered cherries on the nose and palate. Major black pepper. Big on the attack, a little thin and tannic on the finish.

Medium red in color with slight purplish hue. Nose of cotton candy, red flowers and coffee beans. Medium plus palate that is a bit shy but with lots of strength underneath, with energetic acidity. Leave this alone for at least 5years.
