  an amazing brace of high end wines continued with Brodie's Wendouree. lets not beat around the bush, those in the know , will attest to any old Wendouree and many , like me that consider the straight Cabernet or Cabernet Malbec equal to the Shiraz. So this 27 year old puppy was entering a lovely " i think I'm ready" window. but with all old Wendourees who knows, give it another 30 years....
  classic clare valley methol, mint, eucalypt, red berried fruit. Spices and headiness smacking your nostrils. long and rich and well just do not open another bottle for a few years yet. plenty of life. cracking stuff.
