This 375ml bottle had many of the characteristics of a what had been really good Kabinett (which is SOP for Zilliken) but was past its prime and getting rather tired.

Bright and sassy but with a creamy textural underbase, lovely balance of acidity and sweetness. Limesicle laced with slate and flint, with time some peach flower topnotes. Long, precise finish. A-

(Zilliken Saarburger Rausch Kabinett) Wonderfully bright nose with mineral and great sweet/sour interplay. Very ripe with excellent racy fruit and nice cut. The best Kabinett of the mini-vertical.
