  • The wine changed completely going from being very chambolle, light on its feet, white pepper notes and cranberries aromatics in the first hour to a sturdy, black fruited and tannic Morey after 3 hours of air. I suspect it could be cellared for a much longer time, actually much more than the comments below suggest. I preferred it on the first hour, though.

  • 可能是储存条件不太好的原因,一开始香气显得有些杂。肉味比较重,还带着一点类似腌果的挥发酸,醒酒可以慢慢散一些。然后慢慢过渡到红果,有着红樱桃碎、新鲜的树莓、覆盆子和桑葚的味道,多汁轻盈,有着澄清果汁的质地,还有着玫瑰花瓣、玫瑰精油的香气,后段淡淡的香草。入口结构显得有些松散,没什么但拧干,很光滑。果味质量还算不错,红樱桃、黑车厘子、树莓之类的果味,带着玫瑰花香、精油和一些五香粉,后段和收口显得比较乏力。醒酒之后果味结实了一点,集中度稍稍有所回升,红果之中多了些黑果味,还有着树莓奶昔之类的味道。90/100

  • Nice nose of bright red fruits and some flowers. Good fruit on a well balanced palate. Finishes a bit astringent with a few green notes. Well done in this vintage, as the fruit dominates.

  • Le vin est encore froid, juste remonté de la cave.
    Au nez : sang, craie, cerises noires macérées, myrtilles, fougères, tabac blond, légère touche froide de menthe japonaise
    **** extra!
    En bouche : trame tannique fine tapissant la bouche et fraicheur délicate, la mûre prédomine, arômes discrets de rose ancienne et pivoine (rappelle le Chambolle Les Baudes, situé pas très loin). Arrière bouche légèrement sucré (plaisant).
    Très élégant, moyennement puissant, même pas arrivé à mi-chemin de son évolution.

    Il dépasse par sa finesse, son élégance et sa pureté un Clos de la Roche 2006 d’un autre domaine bu récemment.

  • based on notes below I gave this a 2.5hr decant which I think was beneficial.
    overall a lighter style, clean , mineral core with pure red fruit. in some ways more reminiscent of a chambolle than anything else. very fine dinner wine. possibly some mild vegetal elements but nothing too strong. also nothing too powerful to suggest a big powerful or fancy pinot. I suspect it will continue to hold well and possibly improve over the next five years.
