A pale light gold. Honey, apricot and quince, deliciously sweet without any syrupy quality. There is orange peel, marmalade, pineapple broom, jasmine - all very delicately done even though it smells denser than it then appears. Wonderful wine, very youthful still. I've now had 6 of the 12 halves, maybe it is time to hide the rest?

Still a pale medium yellow, really not much darkening. Apricot and honey with baked apple, the wine is light yet spherical, wonderful mouthfeel but dainty with it somehow. From a half-bottle and no change on day 2.

Fantastic! Medium gold in colour. Liquid apricot, mild citrus and honey as others have noted - I can testify to their accuracy as that is spot on what it is. An oily mouthfeel, round with a deceptive feeling of thickness that is in reality not present. Small sips needed, but savour each one - superb, almost can't believe that grapes can do this. From a half bottle, perfect size.

Flat out delicious. Sublime in fact. I need to stop drinking these and see how they develop, but that may not be possible unless someone hides them from me. From a half bottle, with cakes from chez Paul.
